These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Orbitals game ("Orbitals", "we", "us"), available on the web and as a mobile app for Android and iOS. By downloading, accessing, or playing Orbitals, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
Who we are
Orbitals is developed by Anıl Yetik. You can reach us at info@playorbitals.com. Your use of the game is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and why.
Licence to play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Orbitals for your own non-commercial entertainment. We keep all other rights.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- cheat, use bots or automation, or tamper with scores, game memory, or network traffic;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the game except where the law expressly permits it;
- disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers or other players' accounts;
- use the game to break any applicable law or to infringe anyone's rights.
Accounts, display names & the leaderboard
- Your scores and chosen display name may appear publicly on the global leaderboard. Choose a display name that is not offensive, misleading, or infringing — we may moderate, change, or remove names and scores that breach these Terms.
- You may optionally link a Google Play Games or Apple Game Center account so your progress follows you across devices. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure.
- We may remove leaderboard entries, reset scores, or restrict access where we reasonably believe cheating or abuse has occurred.
Virtual content
Scores, ranks, progress, and any in-game items have no monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the game. We may change, reset, or discontinue them as part of operating and updating the game.
Advertising & third-party services
The mobile apps may show advertising (for example via Google AdMob) and rely on third-party services to operate. Your interactions with advertisers and third parties are between you and them, and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. How advertising and data are handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
Orbitals — including its code, design, artwork, gem and brand graphics, sounds, the "Orbitals" name, and wordmark — is owned by Anıl Yetik and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission.
Availability & changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue the game (or any feature, including the leaderboard) at any time, and we may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above; continuing to use the game after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Disclaimer
Orbitals is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, scores, or progress, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using Orbitals at any time and can delete your account and associated leaderboard data from within the app (see also Delete account). We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. (Jurisdiction to be confirmed before launch.)
